As they say, There is always a humble beginning to everything under the sun. On Saturday 9th July 2011, Blackan started out again, not as a Black culture magazine as it used to be, but as a new international internet radio catering to Blacks, Whites, Asians, Latinos etc living in Japan, and abroad. The core founders of Blackan Online Radio Channel ( Louis, Jay, Yuka & Taichi) recorded their first non-formal introduction radio program which you can listen at www.blackan.com. In the coming weeks and months, Blackan will be streaming recorded music radio programs from its website and iTunes ranging from R&B, HipHop, Reggae, Funk, Soca, African and even Rock etc.
	There will be talk shows on interesting topic related to Living life in Japan, Black music, Events, Art and Concerts and other social matters related to black culture in Kansai. Also to come are artists interviews (living in or out of Kansai), events promotion, and activities promoting Black culture in Kansai.
